Seymour Beauty Academy is licensed by the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology. The Academy is now nationally accredited by NACCAS and certified by the Department of Education and therefore eligible to receive Pell Grants for those who qualify. The Academy is approved to receive Workforce Investment Act educational funding, State of Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation funding, and Veterans Benefits funding for qualified students.
