1500 hours, or approximately one year.
Includes the following:
hair cutting
styling
coloring
permanent waving
anatomy and physiology
skin care
facials and make-up
manicuring
pedicuring
nail tips
Course work includes a 32 Chapter theory text book and workbook, practical procedures, study guides and testing.

The on-time graduation rate for CA - Hairdressing and Manicuring is 0%. Students are given 5 days allowance for sick/personal days. These days are included in the calculations for the on-time graduation rate and make up the 48 weeks. However, if the enrolled student misses more than the 5 sick/personal days allotted, it drops the on-time graduation rate. These students still graduate, just not in the 48 weeks time frame.
The CA course includes manicuring.
